التحضير
نقوم بغسل
الارز جيدا بالماء و تصفيتة من ماء الغسيل كما هو موضح بالفيديو اسفل الشرح
نضع حلة علي
نار عالية ثم نضع معلقة كبيرة سمن فلاحي او زيت ذرة و نترك السمنة حتي تسيح كما هو موضح بالفيديو اسفل الشرح ثم نضع كوب و نصف من الماء و معلقة صغيرة
من الملح و نقوم بالتقليب حتي ذوبان الملح كما هو موضح بالفيديو اسفل الشرح ثم نضع
كوب من الارز البسمتي و نقوم بالتقليب ثم نتركه لمدة 5 دقائق حتي يشرب الارز الماء
علي نار عالية كما هو موضح بالفيديو اسفل الشرح ثم نقوم بالتقليب ثم علي نار هادئة
و نتركه لمدة 10 دقائق علي نار هادئة بعد 5 دقائق منها نقوم بالتقليب لمرة اخري
كما هو موضح بالفيديو اسفل الشرح و بالهنا و الشفا .
ملحوظة
الارز البسمتي يحتاج الي مرة و نصف من الماء
بمعني لو انتي عاوزة تعملي كوب ارز بسمتي يضع علية كوب و نصف من الماء .

How to make basmati rice, like

Ingredients
A cup of basmati rice
A cup and half of water
A large spoon of ghee
salt
How to prepare
We wash the rice well with water and filter it from
the wash water, as shown in the video
We put a pot on a high heat, then put a large spoon of
butter or corn oil and leave the obesity until let out as shown in the video,
then put a cup and a half of water and a small spoon of salt and stir until the
salt melts as shown in the video and then put a cup of rice Basmati and we stir
and leave for 5 minutes until rice absorbs water on high heat as shown in the
video, then we stir and then on low heat and leave for 10 minutes on low heat
after 5 minutes of which we stir again as shown in the video
Note
Basmati rice needs 1 and a half times of water,
meaning if you want to make a cup, basmati rice puts on it a cup and a half of
water.
