How to prepare
First supply the squid
We
cut the squid cubes and wash them well with water, then put the squid cubes in
a container with water, salt, and lemon, and leave in this mixture for half an
hour until we get rid of the smell of exhalation in the squid, then we wash it
well with water as shown in the video
Then
we put a bowl on low heat and then put oil and slices of onions and slices of green
pepper and slices of tomatoes and squid and lemon as shown in the video and cover
the bowl for 10 minutes on low heat.
After
10 minutes, we put the spices, which are salt, black pepper, cumin, and chili,
as desired, as shown in the video. We stir for two minutes after adding the
spices, as shown in the video.
Second, processing pasta
We
put a pot on a high heat, then put the water in it and leave it to boil for 5
minutes, then put the pasta as shown in the video and leave it for 8 minutes
every two minutes. We give it a mixture until only the pasta and each kind of
pasta has a certain time in normal as shown in the video and after Only the
pasta, put it in a strainer and wash it well with water as shown in the video
Third, to prepare white sauce
We
put a pot on a low heat and put a large spoon ghee in it and leave it until it
comes to a boil as shown in the video, then put a large spoon of flour and stir
until the flour turns golden, as shown in the video, then put a cup of water
and salt and we Stir until boiling, and note the weight of the sauce when boiling,
as shown in the video
Fourth to prepare the pasta dish with squid or calamari and
white sauce
Put the pasta in the dish, then put the white
sauce on the pasta, then put the mixture of squid or calamari as shown in the
video.
